Investor questions

Answers for institutional investors.

Who is AIGF 1 designed for?
Institutional investors, family offices and sovereign-linked investors with a long-duration horizon and an appetite for infrastructure-adjacent digital assets in the Gulf. Interests, if and when offered, would be available only to eligible investors in permitted jurisdictions.
What sectors does the fund target?
AI and digital infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud and data-centre assets, and technology businesses that operate as infrastructure rather than as software products.
How does EDGE create operational value?
Through active ownership: board positions, operating partners placed inside the business, the EDGE Framework applied stage by stage, and an AI layer built into the operating model rather than bolted onto it.
What governance standards apply?
Board-level reporting cadence, an independent risk register, defined stage gates before further capital is committed, and reporting prepared to institutional standards. The full governance memorandum is provided at briefing.
What reporting can limited partners expect?
Quarterly portfolio and valuation reporting, annual audited financial statements, and direct access to the General Partner. Detailed terms are set out in the definitive documents, not on this website.
Are co-investment opportunities available?
Co-investment is contemplated alongside the fund on selected transactions. Terms and eligibility are discussed at briefing.
What is the current status of the fund?
AIGF 1 is in formation. Domicile, regulator, legal structure and fund economics are being finalised with counsel.
