1. Who we are

The controller of personal data collected through this website is EDGE Holding USA, LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, file number 10663271, whose registered office is c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. That is a registered-agent address and not an operating office. Our operating base is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. References to EDGE Holding, we, us and our in this notice mean that company.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you submit and what your browser sends in the ordinary course of loading a page. From the enquiry, briefing, investor-interest and Forum-invitation forms: your name, business email address, organisation, role, country, the area of interest you select, any free-text message you write, and your consent to be contacted. From your connection: IP address, user agent, referring page and request timestamps, recorded in standard server logs. We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to submit them.

3. Why we collect it, and on what basis

We process this data to respond to your enquiry, to route it to the responsible business unit, to maintain a record of the contact, and to protect the site against abuse of the forms. Our basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business approach and in operating the site securely. Where the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law applies, we rely on consent and on legitimate interests as permitted under that law. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on Article 6(1)(a) consent and Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

4. How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to have the conversation you asked for. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Who has access

Access is limited to the EDGE Holding personnel handling your enquiry, and to service providers acting on our written instructions: our website host, our email provider, and, where relevant, professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality. We may disclose data where we are legally required to, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

6. International transfer

We operate from Riyadh and are incorporated in the United States, so data you submit may be processed in Saudi Arabia and in the United States. Where a transfer is made from a jurisdiction that restricts onward transfer, we make it on the basis permitted by that jurisdiction, which may include your explicit consent, the necessity of the transfer to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or standard contractual clauses with the recipient.

7. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the contact, and in any event no longer than twenty-four months from your last communication with us, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Server logs are kept for twelve months. After those periods the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

8. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you have the right to be informed about our processing, to obtain a copy of your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@edge-holding.net marked for the attention of the data controller. We respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, including the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority where the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law applies.

9. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no session recording and no third-party trackers of any kind, and it makes no requests to third-party domains. There is nothing here to consent to and nothing to opt out of. If that position changes, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism will be presented before any non-essential cookie is set or any tracking script loads.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We apply access controls and confidentiality obligations to the personnel and providers who handle enquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we ask you not to send confidential or sensitive information through a website form. For anything confidential, ask us for a secure channel first.

11. Children

This website is directed at institutional and professional audiences. It is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under the age of eighteen.

12. Changes and contact
